Not sure what type of watches the other women is used to wearing, but I love this watch. You cannot bend any of the metal, I like the fact that it is not too heavy, but the bevel feels substantial. I am not used to crystals around the face and while this is a little bigger and "flashier" than what I am used to, it looks nice, like many of the other Michelle watches and I have received SEVERAL compliments on it and I have had it a little under a month.
